PROGRAMS

Designed with and for young adult leaders, Polaris offers several programs to resource you and amplify your leadership. If you are a leader between the ages of 23 and 29, explore our workshops, online courses, and fellowship program. Each welcomes leaders into a supportive community with like-minded peers, engages spiritual practices to sustain you holistically, and offers tangible support to amplify your leadership.

Map

The Polaris Leadership Network is mapping the ecology of organizations who call young adults who are Christians into leadership and equip them to lead. This landscape is emergent and evolving. Organizations include non-profits, professional organizations, ministries, and networks. Explore the map, learn about a variety of programs, and suggest new organizations to add to the map.

Recommended Reading

While many organizations serve and resource leaders, the Polaris Leadership Network resources leaders for whom Christian faith motivates and shapes their leadership. Because Christians are called to all facets of public life, this means that faith-shaped leadership happens in diverse contexts and spheres of influence. The readings identified below are not meant to be exhaustive in terms of leadership development in general, but narrowly focus on Christian spiritual practices that are used within current Polaris programs.
