Who belongs to the Polaris Leadership Network?

Catalytic Leaders Across the Country

Polaris connects and empowers young Christian leaders navigating their unique contexts. A variety of resources and networking experiences will be publicly available for catalytic leaders who are looking for ways to build relationships with other like-minded folks. Opportunities to engage will cover topics like mental health, vocational discernment, holy imagination, and innovation. Sign up here and you’ll be the first to know when these opportunities are available.

Fellows

Christian young adults nominated by collaborative partners across the United States participate in a year-long leadership acceleration program that provides a national and ecumenical community of belonging. Fellows receive financial support for leadership and project development in their neighborhoods, communities, and congregation.

Advisors

On a rolling basis, young adult leaders advise the Network by providing strategic vision, guiding priorities and decision-making, and interpreting research. Advisors serve on a one-year term.

Polaris Staff

The Polaris Young Adult Leadership Network is staffed by people who are dedicated to the vibrant leadership of young adults who lead in diverse professions and live in different communities across the United States.

Collaborative Partners

The Polaris Young Adult Leadership Network is housed in the Office of Continuing Education at Princeton Theological Seminary and funded by a generous grant from Lilly Endowment, Inc. Polaris collaborates with a network of programs across the country that are conducting experimental ministries with youth adults and supporting ministry leaders who want to encourage the faith lives of young people.
